The facility has moved from the 1st floor of Building C3 to the entire Building C5, marking a significant step in the company’s strategic growth to meet surging global demand for high-performance fiber optic connectivity products.

The newly expanded Shanxi factory spans a total area of 15,000 square meters, including a 10,000-square-meter Class 100,000 cleanroom—a critical environment for ensuring the precision and reliability of fiber optic products. With a workforce of over 800 skilled employees, the facility operates a comprehensive set of advanced production lines:

· 10 indoor fiber optic cable production lines

· 16 MPO/MTP pre-terminated cable assembly lines

· 10 single/dual fiber patch cord production lines

These enhanced capabilities enable the factory to achieve impressive daily output:

· 1,000 km of indoor fiber optic cables

· 12,000 single-fiber and 6,000 dual-fiber patch cords

· 20,000 MPO/MTP pre-terminated assemblies

The expanded production capacity will allow Huacheng to better serve data center, telecommunications, and enterprise network customers worldwide, reinforcing its position as a trusted end-to-end fiber optic solutions provider.
