HUACHENG GYXTW Unitube Light-Armored Optical Cable
Huacheng's GYXTW is constructed by inserting 250µm optical fibers into a loose tube made of a high-modulus material, which is filled with a water-resistant compound. A layer of double-sided coated plastic steel strip is longitudinally wrapped outside the loose casing. Water-blocking material is added between the steel strip and the loose casing to ensure the compactness and longitudinal water-blocking of the cable. Two parallel steel wires are placed on both sides, and the cable is then formed by extruding a polyethylene sheath.

HUACHENG GYTS Stranded Loose Tube Light-Armored Optical Cable
GYTS layer-stranded optical cable is often used as an outdoor communication cable with a large core count structure, suitable for direct burial and pipeline installation. It is widely applied in long-distance and inter-office communication transmission, serving as an outdoor optical transmission line in core networks and MANs, and can also be used as an outdoor optical feeder and distribution line in access networks.

HUACHENG GYTA Stranded Loose Tube Optical Cable
GYTA optical cable is constructed by placing 250μm optical fibers into loose tubes made of a high-modulus material, which are filled with a water-blocking compound. At the center of the cable core is a metal strength member; for some core-count cables, a layer of polyethylene (PE) is extruded over this strength member. The loose tubes are stranded around the central strength member to form a compact, circular cable core, with all gaps within the core filled with water-blocking filler. An aluminum-plastic laminated tape (APL) is longitudinally applied, followed by the extrusion of a polyethylene outer sheath to complete the cable.

HUACHENG GYTA53 Stranded Loose Tube Armored Cable
The 250μm optical fibers are placed in a loose tube made of a high-modulus material, which is filled with a water-resistant compound. At the center of the cable core is a metal reinforcing core; for some fiber optic cables, a layer of polyethylene (PE) is extruded over this core. The loose sleeves (and filler rods) are stranded around the central reinforcing core to form a compact, circular cable core, with all gaps within the core filled with water-blocking filler. A polyethylene inner sheath is extruded after the aluminum-plastic laminated tape (APL) is longitudinally applied, followed by the extrusion of a polyethylene outer sheath after the double-sided plastic-coated steel tape (PSP) is longitudinally applied, completing the cable structure.

GYFTY53 is a non-metallic reinforced anti-rodent (flame-retardant) optical cable. The optical fibers are placed into PBT loose tubes, which are filled with water-blocking filling compound. At the center of the cable core is a non-metallic strength member, and the gaps are filled with water-blocking filling compound. The loose tubes (and filler rods) are stranded around the central strength member to form a compact, circular cable core. A layer of sheathing material is extruded over the cable core, followed by lamination with steel tape and then extrusion of a polyethylene (flame-retardant) outer sheath.

HUACHENG GYTA33 Stranded Loose Tube Armored Cable
The structure of the GYTA33 optical cable involves placing 250μm optical fibers into loose tubes made of a high-modulus material, which are filled with water-blocking compound. The gaps within the cable core are also filled with water-blocking material. After longitudinally applying an aluminum-polyethylene laminated tape, a polyethylene inner sheath is extruded. This is followed by double-layer single fine round steel wire armoring, and finally a polyethylene outer sheath is extruded to complete the cable.
